We prioritise providers with a clear booking journey, recognisable customer-support routes, transparent pricing information and services relevant to the traveller’s search.
A listing or link on PassportPicks is not a guarantee that every trip will be problem-free. It means the provider has been selected as a practical booking or comparison option for the relevant travel category.
Before sending a traveller to another website, we explain that the booking will continue with a third party. The provider—not PassportPicks—normally processes payment, confirms the reservation and manages changes or cancellations.
We design these handoffs to remain understandable even when a partner cannot accept every search detail automatically.
